The project consisted in landscaping the zone around the building, around 3500m2, with great emphasis in softscape project. The landscape included a softscape area of 2400m2 with different species of trees, plants and shrubs, also the design of a swimming pool (300m2) and a beach bar (350m2) with its ammenities.
Another objective of this project was to design and find a theme for the two entrances to the buildings. And with that, different elements like wooden canopies, entrance doors with corten, wall façade with corten panels, a rocky garden with water cascade, wooden pergola tiki style, etc., were designed. Through investigation, the use of materials and the ambience created, the studio decided to call it AGAVE ROCKY GARDEN, due to its beautiful rocky garden below the swimming pool and the proposed blue agave plants alongside the front facade of the landscaped zone.
Beside the detailed landscape and softscape project, TP&D has designed for implementation the irrigation project for all the plants altogether with the electrical lighting project. During the implementation phase, TP&D staff managed successfully the implementation of the project on the site.
