The Lungomare of Vlore has changed the face of the city’s waterfront and acted as a pole for attracting quality private investments. The project involves designing a luxury boutique hotel with appropriate amenities. The plot occupies a prime location, situated directly on the coastal road facing the waterfront promenade of Lungomare II.
The main façade faces directly the sea. The vicinity to the road and the steepness of the terrain have been the key factors that led to the decision of breaking the hotel volume into two parts, “the stone base” with common facilities (parking and restaurant) and the “glass top” where the rooms are housed.
In between these two parts, at +7.00 above the street level a garden-terrace with a swimming pool is created. The hotel has also a roof garden with an open-air bar that offers an ideal venue to enjoy the famous Vlore sunset.
