The MANASTIR RESORT designed by TP&D within a 7ha property polygon, with 55 buildings including 5star hotel is located in the bay of Manastir in Saranda Municipality. In addition to being beautiful, the design of the resort implementation project was a challenging job.
Both above-ground and underground areas total 28.000sqm, while the landscaped areas include paved roads, pathways, and green areas covering 30.000sqm. Full design services were included in the contract. For both the masterplan and building design, TP&D was the lead designer.
A complete set of architectural, structural, electrical, and hydrotechnical drawings was provided for the Implementation Project. These drawings included a great deal of geometry, sections, details, and quantities. This project was led by an experienced team of engineers and architects who worked together to ensure that the design met the needs of the client. The team was able to complete the project on time and within budget.
Apart from the Implementation project, a 3D model was created and rendered for the whole resort, which comprises 7ha. The 3D model was used to illustrate the layout of the resort and to showcase the potential of the project. This model was then used to create a virtual tour of the resort, allowing potential customers to experience the resort before they visit it.
