The scope for design services involved preparation of a concept and preliminary design for a restaurant and boutique hotel with total capacity of approximately 21 rooms. The restaurant expands in two levels, the ground floor with the terrace (garden) and the mezzanine that covers part of the ground floor surface leaving the remaining space with a double height.
The hotel, with separate entrance from the main road occupies the remaining four floors with typical rooms and some suites. The building has two levels of underground parking and a roof garden with a bar service. The project was interrupted at the stage of the preliminary design due to changes in the investor plans.
