The project started on July 2013 and it involved the preparation of the Detailed Plan of the Northern sector of Jal area including Folie Marine and Soleil Villas. The PDV was prepared following the provisions of the approved General Local Plan of Himara Municipality (VKM 01.06.2012) and the active legal framework of territorial planning in Albania.
The scope of the detailed plan involved elaborating a masterplan for the tourism development of the area that fits harmoniously with the topography and balances the public with private interest of the investor.
The masterplan proposes a scheme for accessibility and main infrastructure networks, open spaces and common facilities, definition of indicators for development for each parcel; development rules, participation quotas of building plots in accordance with Article 45/2 of the law nr.10119, dated 23.4.2009, "On Territorial Planning", as amended.
