The project undertaken in September 2013 is an assignment between CRD and Lengarica & Energy Sh.p.k which has in focus the assessment of a Small Hydro Power Plant from the point of view of landscape and visual impacts of the site during the construction and operation phase.
The project is situated in the valley of Lengarica River in Petran Municipality, District of Permet. It provides an assessment of the existing baseline landscape and visual conditions of the study area.
The study has analysed the project potential impacts on the landscape and visual conditions also taking in consideration changes caused by the operation of the HPP and modification of land use and offering feedback and recommendations for mitigation measures.
